Duration & Process
The actual duration varies with the unit's area, the amount of furniture, the package chosen and on-site arrangements. We'll advise the estimated time when we quote. Product guidance, ventilation advice and readings are provided for reference; the customer decides move-in arrangements for the site, and no safe time is guaranteed.
- 1On-site protection: we first protect flooring, appliances and valuables.
- 2Pre-treatment test: we take a baseline reading with a professional formaldehyde meter and explain it to you.
- 3Scoped treatment: we work only on quoted, accessible and materially compatible positions such as cabinet bases; unconfirmed surfaces are not sprayed.
- 4Post-treatment test: we take readings again and compare them with the baseline to record the change in on-site data.
Maintenance Arrangements
Finishing the job doesn't mean the service ends — you're always welcome to reach out to us if you need us again.
- On completion, we provide before-and-after test data only as a comparison for the sampling periods and site conditions.
- If you have concerns, a re-inspection can be discussed; the visit, test scope and fee require a separately confirmed quotation.
- Product safety data is available for review; product and ventilation guidance is for reference, and the customer decides move-in arrangements for the site.
